Who are we?
Hello, and welcome to Blessed with Grit! We are Mike and Meghan Schubert, and we are excited that you’re here and to share a little about ourselves.
Mike is a Habits and Personal Development coach who doubles as a pilot for a major US airline and Meghan is a health and lifestyle coach who specializes in public speaking, leadership development and motivating teams. Together we have a passion for helping people reach their desired goals and impacting lives. We have found through divorce, healing and the blending of our own family, that our passion for helping individuals grow is also accompanied by a burning desire to see couples excel in their marriages. We believe that with the right tools and the right coaches in your corner, you can alter the trajectory of not only your own life, but the life of your family.
Our journey into coaching, speaking and leadership development has been transformational for us. Through years of being coaches and having coaches, we realized the necessity for everyone to be able to have access to coaches who could encourage, challenge, awaken, focus and call out the greatness in you. We find great joy in seeing others achieve their dreams.
We believe in the power of continuous learning and growth. For this reason, we have dedicated our time and efforts into becoming a better version of ourselves. We’ve witnessed the impact this has had on our own family and the families that we come into contact with. We’ve seen the power of engaging with one another in impactful conversations, growth through reading, or just learning to be curious and open-minded in order to deepen our understanding of each other. We are committed to evolving personally, professionally and relationally.
We reside in Phoenix AZ, where we have blended our family, which includes 4 kids (ages 16, 15, 12, and 1). When we are not working, you can often find us at the gym or on the sidelines cheering our kids on.
